Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate based on weight and size of order. Your can see the amount on the checkout page before checkout.

Shipping to Canada will be by your choice of USPS or UPS calculated rates.

I do ship Internationally please email me for shipping costs, recycling laws, restrictions and regulations.

Orders shipped within the United States are shipped by UPS Ground, or by the United States Postal Service. Items will take approximately 5 to 10 days to arrive, excluding weather delays, and holidays. USPS is taking longer.

 Satisfaction And Return Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not satisfied, simply return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. Refund will be issued when the item has been returned. All items must be unused and returned with the necessary packing materials to prevent possible breakage. (Buyer will be responsible for any return postage and any packing charges.) 

Items shipped by UPS: If any item is damaged by UPS please contact me immediately, your UPS driver must verify and inspect damages before I can issue a refund or credit.

How It is Shipped:

All Pottery is wrapped in paper, bubble-wrapped and double boxed with cushioning for safety. All boxes and packing paper can be recycled. 

Bubblewrap is considered a soft plastic and may be able to be recycled at any major chain grocery store that has a recycling program, or your local recycling center ( it is still unknown if these materials are recycled or returned to the landfill).  Popping the bubbles is also a great stress reliever.
